The Wedding Guide is probably the only planner you will receive which only features information on suppliers whose services have been personally vetted by our staff, as well as checklists and articles on everything you will need.
You'll receive brochures and mail. Great! Organise them into a series of folders, a notebook or an expandable file according to categories. As each category comes up on your timetable, re-read the literature from each file, as well as the articles on this site pertaining to that particular service, so you'll be prepared with appropriate questions.
Some suppliers may telephone, asking if you have yet contracted for their type of service. If you like what they have to say, make an appointment to see or discuss their work. Callers should be friendly, yet businesslike, and never intimidating.
Remember, those companies who advertise and reach out to you have made a significant investment. It tells you that weddings are an important part of their business. This means that they will do their best to make you and your guests happy with their service.
Tell them you saw them on The Wedding Guide website!
Don't forget to enter our Bride of the Year competition. All entrants receive a holiday voucher worth £50 and you could win a TROPICAL HONEYMOON!
Congratulations and have a wonderful day!
